a new look

The Manager has gotten a face lift. herrin of viewwerx.com re-worked the styles to give it a more native look.

There are also a few bug fixes:

• The star sort works again. It was broken when the BOB icon was added.
• The delete/un-delete works in IE. Previously you could delete, but clicking it again didn’t do anything.

As usual, if you’ve previously used the Manager you may need to to a cache reset to see the new features properly.
